The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to remove accumulated sediment of 10,000 Cubic Yards (CY) and install two (2) forebays and one (1) aquatic bench on Willow Lake in the Sugarland Run Community. The Project will involve removing, hauling, and disposing of accumulated sediment from the pond, installing two (2) forebays at existing inflows to the pond, and installing one (1) aquatic bench with breaks for public use. The Project will also include the replacement of existing asphalt trails, if any, destroyed by the Project, restoring the site, and implementing landscaping.
