Bid Description:
Washington Volunteer Fire Department (WVFD) is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of the fire department tanker truck. Vehicle Details: 1991 International 4800 4x4 Tank Truck; 46,075 miles; 5,163 Engine Miles; DT 466 Diesel; Transmission Spicer 6-speed manual; 1,400-gallon stainless steel tank; Emergency lighting and equipment not included. Sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Sealed bids must be received via USPS no later than November 10, 2025, mailed to Washington Fire Department "Tanker Bid", PO. Box 133, Washington, VT 05675. The envelope must be clearly marked "Tanker Bid". The WVFD reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in the best interest of the department.
