Description: The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Warrensburg, NY. We are replacing a manufactured home, with the project start date set for May. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified , approximately 720 square foot manufactured home, an ADA bathroom and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
