Maintenance Repairs to City Bridges and Various Facilities, F.Y. 2026

The project includes maintenance repairs to various City of Rochester bridges. The maintenance activities include but are not limited to:

• maintenance cleaning and washing
• replacing existing compression seal joint
• removing and replacing joint header concrete
• installing shoring columns
• concrete repairs
• repairs to existing shoring system
• clean and paint existing railings
• timber deck replacement
• remove and repair deteriorated concrete

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday October 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm in Room 321-B. City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614.

All sealed proposals must be received by the Office of the Director of Purchasing, City Hall Room 105-A, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the Bid opening.

The Bid opening is scheduled at 2:00 pm local time on November 18, 2025, at City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614.
