Description The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of Office of Finance and Treasury (OFT) (the “District”) is seeking a Contractor to provide a Collection Management System to be used for recording the debt collection, reconciling the debt, and consolidating the debt data of the District delinquent debt. As further outlined below, the purpose of the Collection Management System is to meet the OFT’s Central Collection Unit’s (CCU) business and functional requirements to collect and manage the District delinquent debt and serve as the system of record for the CCU.
