Description: The APDC is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of both a Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant and Fire Pump House (2-part bid) at the Port of Albany’s Beacon Island Expansion site located at 340 River Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077.
