| Synopsis | DC Water is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Mass Notification and Communication System (MNCS) delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The system must support emergency communications, operational alerts, and stakeholder notifications across multiple channels (SMS, email, voice, mobile, web, desktop, public address system). This software relays critical and life-saving information to a vast number of people swiftly and efficiently. The system will integrate with enterprise systems and external data sources. |
