Bids must remain effective for 90 days from Bid opening.

Bidders are responsible for making certain their bid documentation is complete and is received by TJPAMC on or before the closing deadline. TJPAMC is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in responding to the IFB. TJPAMC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion.  Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the IFB. Any alterations to the IFB will be made by written addenda only.

Communications from bidders shall be submitted in writing (email) to Alexandra Arroyo, Procurement Specialist II, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other communication with any other TJPAMC employees or consultants with respect to the bid documents or project.
