The intent of this notice is to identify qualified business concerns capable of performing the requirements as described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236210- Industrial Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0M.
Specifically, the New Hampshire Air National Guard has a potential need to renovate office space (following a separate contract for demolition & mold removal) as follows:
The site of the work will be 302 Newmarket St, Newington, NH 03801.
