Furnishing Chemicals for the City of Watervliet

Notice is hereby given that the City of Watervliet will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM

on November 17 ^th , 2025 for furnishing Chlorine Gas, Zinc Phosphate Inhibitor and Poly Aluminum Chloride for the City of Watervliet, Water Department.

The Chlorine to be furnished and delivered commencing January 1, 2026 thru December 31, 2027 (with a contract extensions for 2028 and 2029) are as follows:

Chlorine Gas 150 pound cylinders;

The Zinc Phosphate Inhibitor to be furnished and delivered commencing January 1, 2026
thru December 31, 2027 (with a contract extensions for 2028 and 2029) are as follows:

Zinc Phosphate Inhibitor 50 pound bags;

The Poly Aluminum Chloride to be furnished and delivered commencing January 1, 2026 thru December 31, 2027 (with a contract extensions for 2028 and 2029) are as follows:

Poly Aluminum Chloride 5,000 gallon loads

Specifications, Proposals and other Documents for the above may be seen and obtained at the City Clerk's Office, City Hall Watervliet, New York.

Subject to the rights of the City, it may/can reject any and all proposals and waive any informalities to the process.
