Synopsis:

|
Submissions marked "COR-7223 North Central Neighbourhood Revitalization Master Plan" (email subject line) will be received by the City of Regina, Procurement Branch via email, no later than 02:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 29, 2025.
The solicitation describes a requirement for the services of a qualified Indigenous, Metis or Inuit (as defined in the City's Indigenous Procurement Policy) professional planning or architecural firm to facilitate a neighbourhood planning process as further described within the RFP documents located on SaskTenders.
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
