Description:
This solicitation is not for construction, it is for procurement and storage of materials. Vendor shall provide geosynthetic materials for landfill base liner construction (GCL, 60-mil HDPE, Geocomposite). Materials are to be purchased and stored by the Proposer or the materials manufacturer to ensure the materials can be produced and delivered to the Twin Chimneys Landfill in October - November 2026.
