Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 1:30 P.M., on Tuesday,October 14, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:

The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work, including material and install:

2-5 year old play structure                                                1 LS

5-12 year old play structure                                             1 LS

Fabric shade structure                                                        1 LS

Protective netting around playground                      1 LS

Synthetic turf or poured-in-place surfacing           1 LS

TIME LIMIT: 60 Calendar Days
