PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. The City of Golden Valley is soliciting proposals for design and construction services associated with reconstructing Lilac Drive between Duluth Street and St. Croix Avenue. Due to sight distance deficiencies and poor pavement condition, the City desires to realign and reconstruct Lilac Drive to improve turning movements, to maximize space on the 1875 Lilac Drive parcel (site of the new East Fire Station), and improve emergency vehicle access to and from the site. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on April 13, 2026, those received after that will not be considered.
