GAS CYLINDER RENTAL
AT MISSISSIPPI STATE PENITENTIARY
Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) is accepting quotes for gas
cylinder rentals for the Mississippi State Penitentiary (MSP). The contract term will
be for one (1) year, beginning on or about July 1, 2026, unless either party provides
advance written notice of termination in accordance with the contract terms.
Interested and qualified vendors with the resources to meet the specifications
outlined in Attachment A - Gas Cylinder Rental Quote Form are invited to submit
a quote by completing and returning Attachment A, no later than June 15, 2026, by
2 PM CST.
Select Bidders are required to be registered with both the State of Mississippi at
https://www.dfa.ms.gov/vendors to receive a supplier number and the Mississippi
Secretary of State at Business Services & External Affairs | MS SOS.

MDOC anticipates awarding one contract to a responsive and responsible Bidder
with the lowest quote. The agreement shall include rental clauses detailed in
Attachment A - Scope of Services and Attachment B - Rental Contract Clauses.
