Waverly Road Sidewalk Improvements Project

Project Description: The City of Tallahassee is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Waverly Road Sidewalk Improvements Project, IFB No. 048-26-CPW, FPID No. 455262-1-58-01.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the construction of sidewalk improvements along Waverly Road from Meridian Road to Kenilworth Road, including a portion of sidewalk along Meridian Road. The work includes, but is not limited to, tree removal, construction of new sidewalk, curb and gutter improvements, drainage improvements, water line adjustments, sewer line adjustments, milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, demolition, sediment and erosion control, disposal of removed materials, maintenance of traffic, and restoration of disturbed areas.
This is a federally funded FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) project. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved plans, specifications, permits, FDOT LAP requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Bidders must meet all prequalification, bonding, DBE, Buy America/Build America Buy America, Davis-Bacon wage, suspension and debarment, and other requirements identified in the solicitation documents.
