CCSD #1 Cottonwood Elementary Concrete Improvements

SCOPE OF WORK

The Cottonwood Elementary School concrete improvements project in Wright, Wyoming

involves the surfacing and sidewalk at northeast entrance to the school facility. Project scope

includes removal of 463 SY of PCC sidewalk, drain pan, and stairs; removal of 18 LF of PCC

retaining wall; installation of 478 SY of PCC sidewalk, drain pan, drain pan with curb, C.I.P.

stair; installation of 26 LF of PCC C.I.P. retaining wall; remove, refinish and paint existing

handrail; installation of storm; remove and replace flag pole; Install 203 LF +/- of 12” HDPE

storm drain main and 66 LF +/- of 6” HDPE storm drain lateral services with standard trenching,

including PVC area inlets, building downspout connections, fittings, and appurtenance

upgrades; associated earthwork, aggregate base course, subgrade preparation, geo-grid, and

material separation fabric; landscaping, protect adjust and repair existing irrigation appropriate

and identified in the plans.
