Description:

|
The proposed work for the Base Bid project is a pavement rehabilitation project of the existing park parking lot and a proposed extension to accommodate more visitors. This project consists of a 2" mill and overlay of the existing parking lot, resetting of existing structures as depicted, removing a portion of the existing concrete curb, installation of a new catch basin to connect to a new stormwater detention system, formation of sub-grade and 2" overlay for the proposed parking lot extension, and installation of pavement markings. Visitor access to the park must be maintained during construction. The proposed work for the Alternate 1 project is the addition of a drainage overflow for the stormwater detention system.
