2025 Gender Responsive Victim Services RFP

Klamath County Community Corrections seeks proposals from qualified experienced Vender who can provide gender responsive and victim services as described in the RFP Document.

The RFP document may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 or by calling (541) 851-3693 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Any party downloading the RFP packet from the web will be responsible to check for any addenda issued for this project.

There is no pre-proposal meeting for this RFP.

Questions pertaining to the scope of work should be directed to the Klamath County Community Corrections and Contracting Department.

Sealed proposals marked “Gender Responsive and Victim Services” shall be received by the Contract and Risk Manager no later than 2:00 pm on May 28 ^th , 2025, at the address listed on the front page of the RFP. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier or hand-delivered.  Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager.  Late, faxed or electronically submitted proposals shall not be accepted.

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.
