This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Quotations. The VHA Network Contracting Office 16 is conducting market research to determine the level of interest of vendors who are capable and authorized to perform service on a Xerox MFD. Do not submit pricing in response to this Sources Sought notice.
If your business is interested in participating in an RFQ for this service, contact the Contracting Officer, Bennett Smith, at bennett.smith2@va.gov.
If there will be an actual RFQ following this market research, only quotes from companies authorized by Xerox to service their machines will be accepted. Evidence of that authorization/permission will be required for contract award.
IMPORTANT: Part of the purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine interest by Small Business concerns. If you respond to this notice, include your businesses size standard based on NAICS 811210. If your company is an SDVOSB, it must be registered with the SBA.
If there is an RFQ following this sources sought notice, only quotes from vendors registered at SAM.gov will be accepted.
Description of Service: Preventative maintenance and repair of a Xerox Model XC60G Multi Function Device. Services to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. One base year and two optional years.
