NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, October 29, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
MAC 3rd Floor Module C Renovations located in Little Rock, AR for the Division of Building Authority. PR #6152623
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on October 20, 2026, at 1 Capitol Mall, 4th Floor Conference Room (south entrance), Little Rock, AR 72201. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. Prime Bidders may obtain one (1) full-sized set of printed Bidding Documents at no cost from Southern Reprographics. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, and Sub-bidders, may purchase documents for the actual cost of printing, shipping and handling. Prime Bidders may also obtain Bidding Documents in electronic format through Southern Reprographics at www.sriplanroom.com for a non-refundable fee as pre-determined by level of access.
