Bids will be opened and read publicly at the City Hall Annex, 912 16

Avenue, East Moline, Illinois at 10:00 AM prevailing time on the 26

day of October, 2026, or at such later date and place as may be then fixed.
Instruction to Bidders:
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from City website or the City Hall Annex, 912 16

Avenue, East Moline, Illinois, upon registration of the person, company, or corporation. All proposals must be accompanied by a bank cashier’s check or bid bond for not less ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid.
A mandatory walk through of the interior will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026. Walk throughs can be done at 8:30am OR 1:30pm. Contractors must participate in the onsite visit to be considered for the bid process.
All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
