Description:

The Hagerstown Light Department is requesting proposals for the furnishing of all supervision, materials, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to trim or remove trees, brush, and perform other forestry services as needed for electric utility right of way clearance, roadside trimming, and at such time and place as may be designated by authorized representatives of the City of Hagerstown for scheduled work and emergency restoration of service activity. Bids are requested and evaluated on an estimated hourly time and material basis. Tree trimming/removal will be focused on an as needed basis, along City streets, within City property, and HLD’s sub-transmission routes and under-performing distribution circuits.
