Request for Quote: Thermal Camera equivalent to FLIR T540 bundle per the attached Technical Specifications.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0219.

This acquisition is not conducted on a full and open competition basis. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026.

Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.***

Delivery date for estimate only: 12/31/2026 or earlier.

FOB destination requested.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable method.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

When the offeror provides equipment pursuant to this contract, the offeror shall ensure the ICT fully conforms to the applicable Revised 508 Standards.

USGS is tax-exempt.
