Description: Buffalo and Erie County Industrial Land Development Corporation (ILDC) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new Access Road at the Erie County Agribusiness Park located at 1526 Eden Evans Center Road, Angola, NY. The scope includes approximately 1,550 feet of new roadway, public sanitary sewer, drainage, ADA-compliant multi-use path, lighting, and signage, in accordance with the approved plans dated March 31, 2025. DUE DATE FOR THIS BID IS MAY 16, 2025 by 12pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! All bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements, M/WBE goals (25% MBE, 5% WBE), and all local/state procurement policies.
