Description

The U.S Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa is requesting a quotation for the provision of Chauffeur driven Transportation services ( Mondays thru Fridays (Hotel to office - 7:00am) and (Office to hotel 17:15, 18:00 and 18:30).



For the morning : 1x 60 pax bus and 1 x 15 seater shuttle



Afternoons: 1 x 60 pax bus and 3 x 15 pax shuttles



Estimated Period of performance: 6 Months - April 10th to September 30th, 2026



Quotes must be submitted to pretoria_contracting_office-dl@state.gov
