The City of Spokane, through its Solid Waste Disposal Department is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in participating in a project to Process, Transport and Purchase WTEF Metals. Note that there is a MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference for this RFP on 10/25/2024 at 10:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s submittal portal: https://spokane.procureware.com to be responsive and accepted.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled to be held on October 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at 2900 S. Geiger Blvd, Spokane, WA 99224. All prospective Proposers must attend this mandatory site visit.
