Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (attached as "W912LN-25-Q-A015 PWS clauses & provisions and protest procedures”) includes Performance Work Statement describing work to be performed, Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors on what to include in quotes and how quotes must be submitted, as well as the Evaluation Factors that will be used to select a vendor. A template is provided to help offerors organize information and ensure completeness of submissions. It is not mandatory, but is recommended. A spreadsheet is also attached to facilitate submission of price quote and ensure accurate calculations.
