Pest Elimination Services at New York City Children's Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Pest Elimination Services at New York City Children’s Center located at 74-03 Commonwealth Blvd, Bellerose, NY 11426. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

As services will be required to all 3 locations – the optional site visits will be provided accordingly

The Brooklyn Campus: Thursday, May 8, 2025, @ 9:00 A.M. Sharp.

The Queens Campus: Thursday, May 8, 2025, @ 11:30 A.M. Sharp.

The Bronx Campus: Thursday, May 8, 2025, @ 3:00 P.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the IFB by Thursday, May 15, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Thursday, May 29, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2030.
