Synopsis:

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to Prequalified Proponents from competition RFSQ 8757 to provide Submissions for the provision of facility condition assessments for various education facilities (2026), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
Only consultant’s prequalified from RFQ-8757 List B will be eligible to submit for this competition. For questions regarding a consultant’s status, contact the RFP Contact listed in 1.2.

A presentation will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on October 29, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Only consultant’s prequalified from RFQ-8757 List B will be eligible to attend.
This virtual meeting will consist of a brief presentation by GOS regarding the key areas and complexities of each of the listed portfolios followed by a question-and-answer period.
Proponents wishing to attend must send an invitation request to the RFP contact listed in Part 1 - 1.2 via email. Invitation requests should include the name and email address for all team members wanting to attend.
