Synopsis:

|
The Village of Glenside invites suitable qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the demolition of existing structure, removal of debris, and complete site cleanup at the following location: 102 Islay Street, Glenside, SK.
|
|
Additional Information:

|
The scope of this tender includes but is not limited to:
-
Demolition of existing building/structure
-
Safe removal and disposal of all demolition materials and debris
-
Site grading and leveling upon completion
-
Ensuring public and worker safety throughout the process
-
Final cleanup to leave the site in a clean and stable condition, ready for future development

A Certificate of Liability Insurance must accompany tender.

Or drop off a sealed envelope marked "Demolition Tender" at our physical address: the Village of Glenside Office at 113A Saskatchewan Ave. on Tuesdays 8 am to 3 pm.
Closing Date and Time: November 10, 2025, 10 am. No application will be accepted after this time. The Council of the Village of Glenside reserves the right to reject any or all tender application(s). The lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
