The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for CVG Centre Server Room Renovations & Improvements. This project involves the proposed renovation of the existing Server Room at the CVG Centre. The scope includes the replacement of existing HVAC systems, both branch and rooftop units, serving the current Co-locate Server Room, as well as the addition of new HVAC equipment dedicated to a newly established Server Room. A new partition wall will be constructed to separate the new Server Room from the existing space. Fire protection for the new Server Room will be provided via a Clean Agent Fire Suppression system. The design also includes new technology racks with integrated rack power distribution, two (2) UPS systems with monitoring and associated electrical distribution to provide redundant power to all rack locations, and the installation of a temporary generator connection cabinet to support future emergency power needs.
