The Town of White City is inviting submissions from qualified consulting firms to establish a pre-qualified list for Owner’s Engineering Services. Successful proponents will provide on-demand civil and building engineering consulting services over the next three (3) years, including but not limited to: design development, construction plans, specifications, cost estimating, construction administration, and project management.
Areas of expertise sought include:

Road, traffic, and transportation systems

Water supply and distribution

Sewer and wastewater management

Stormwater management

Site development and land use planning

Structural, environmental, utility, and geotechnical engineering

Surveying, GIS, public engagement, and regulatory permitting
