Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish contract(s) with qualified Offeror(s) to provide Jordan School District (JSD) with School Bus Routing/Planning Software, Field Trip/ Activity Trip Planning Software, and Tablet Technology.

JSD has a strong preference to award a contract to a single Offeror. However, we may choose to award to multiple vendors or not award any given section. If you can only respond to one or two sections, please respond to this RFP with your solution for what you can provide, so that we may consider your proposal in a multiple award situation.
This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
