The Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified State of Texas registered Professional Surveying firms in order to establish a pre-qualified pool of Surveying Services on an “As Needed Basis” per project for all Drainage District projects and/or applicable Programs and/or Entities requiring said services as set forth in the requirements. Upon approval and acceptance by Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors, the term of the pre-qualified pool of Surveying will be for a period of Five (5) years.

The Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 will receive electronic or sealed envelopes containing Statements of Qualifications for the provision of “PROFESSIONALSURVEYING SERVICES’’(including all funding sources, programs, and entities as specified herein).
