Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), in accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot 1 (Unrestricted) in support of Maritime Contractor Operation & Maintenance Services (COMS), Training Systems Maintenance (TSM), and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) at NAS Jacksonville, FL and NAS Whidbey Island, WA.



The period of performance is 65 months, inclusive of two (2) month mobilization and one (1) five (5) month base year, four (4) twelve (12) month options, and one (1) ten (10) month option. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) anticipated to be 01 April 2027. This effort will be awarded under FTSS V, Lot I and will be limited to Lot I MAC holders only. A list of FTSS V Lot 1 Points of Contact is included with this notice for possible subcontracting opportunities.

Anticipated RFP Release Date: July 2026
