Project Description: Salt Lake County (the “County” or “SLCo”) is seeking an experienced facilitator (“Facilitator”) to facilitate discussions between the County and the following special service districts: Salt Lake Valley Law Enforcement Service Area (“SLVLESA”), the Unified Fire Service Area (“UFSA”), and (possibly) the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District (MSD). Each of SLVLESA, UFSA, and the MSD shall be referred to herein individually as a “Service District” and collectively as the “Service Districts.”
