supply the SWSC as needed during the term of this agreement - for One (1) Year with 2- one year in length renewals. The amount of the contract will have a not to exceed value of $350,000.00 per year. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to edward.sweeney@waterandsewer.org no later than 08/18/2025 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered.
