The County is requesting quotes from qualified firms to provide tools for the purpose of extractions from vehicles, and batteries and chargers for those tools.
The initial award term will be one year from the effective date. The County may extend the award for additional one-year terms with the concurrence of the Supplier.
Total award not to exceed $50,000.00 in aggregate.
To be eligible for award, Quoter shall be an authorized distributor, dealer or manufacturer of the products offered, shall have prior experience in providing the goods offered, and shall possess all permits, licenses, certifications, approvals, equipment, materials, and staff necessary to perform and/or carry out the requirements of this Quote. Product shall be new, intended for sale in the United States, and be warranted and supported by the manufacturer. Warranty information shall be provided in Section 3 of the General Requirements below.
When products of a specific brand(s), material(s), construction, design, style, or size are named, they indicate the quality level or performance required for the products(s) in the invitation to bid. “Equal Products” may be considered providing they meet the same form, fit, function and quality of the original product(s) specified. Any samples requested shall be provided to Snohomish County at no charge. Snohomish County retains the sole right to accept or reject “Equal Products” that are bid. If “Equal Products” are being offered, please provide make, model and specifications in the space provided.
