Grants Management Software Solution

Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Arts and Culture, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide a web-based enterprise Grant Management Software solution to support the grant life cycles of various grant-making programs. Grant Management Software should support all stages of the grant-making cycle including grant application submission, grant application review and award, grant management and post-award grantee reporting, and ongoing grant program analytics. The software solution should be scalable to support multiple open grant programs at any point in time and should offer industry-standard technical support and security at a competitive rate.
