Western NY DDSOO 2025–2030 Audiology Services in Erie County.

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Western NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Audiology Services in Erie County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to diagnostic hearing testing based on referral, impedance/middle ear testing, hearing aid evaluations, and possible procurement of hearing aids, routine follow-ups with individuals who have hearing aids, hearing aid analysis to detect breakdowns, simple repairs of hearing aids, counseling of individuals with hearing loss or processing problems, and on-site training of support staff in routine maintenance and care of hearing aids.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 3 years of relevant experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Audiology Services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Hourly Rate. Prevailing wage will not apply to this contract.
