Mental Health Telecounseling Services

SUNY Cobleskill is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for services to provide access via an electronic platform to facilitate online mental health counseling for students and access to counselors available and willing to provide such services to SUNY Cobleskill students through online technology modes via video, phone, and message therapy. The vendor must ensure a robust network of qualified mental health professionals who can offer flexible service hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend availability, as well as appointment availability on a weekly basis. Additionally, the vendor must maintain a diverse network of providers, both in terms of identity and areas of specialization, to effectively meet the varied needs of our student population. Vendor will be required to provide access to standardized reporting on utilization and de-identified aggregated student mental health issues. Vendor will provide SUNY Cobleskill with marketing materials to introduce services available to students via site/portal for students to access services. Vendor must have a network of providers who are able to provide mental health services to individuals receiving that service in New York State in addition to providers licensed outside of New York state to assist in continuity of care for our students during semester breaks.
