Hibbing Memorial Arena Ammonia Room Repairs

The City of Hibbing is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

HIBBING MEMORIAL BUILDING – AMMONIA ROOM REPAIRS

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at the Hibbing City Hall Offices at 401 E 21st Street #300, Hibbing MN 55746, until May 12, 2026, at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

In general, work consists of removing pipe insulation, ventilation equipment, overhead door, concrete, selective sections of walls, paint, etc. and providing new pipe insulation, painting, louvers, ventilation equipment, ammonia gas monitoring system, ammonia valves, pressure switches, masonry walls, doors, overhead door, electrical systems, eyewash shower stations, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, motor, and related items.
