Project Description: Grand County is soliciting statements of qualification from multi-disciplined engineering, planning, and building inspection services consulting firms to provide on-call services effective immediately, with terms of length and renewal options to be negotiated. The on-call consultant(s) provide additional staffing resources for County projects and plans. The services include, but are not limited to, review and comment on development applications including land divisions, conditional use permits, site plan reviews, infrastructure, planning for capital improvements, other development-related projects, and all aspects of building inspection services as well.
