In accordance with MGL Chapter 149, Section 44E4, the Town of Erving, Massachusetts, acting through the Select Board, is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for the purchase, delivery and site installation of modular offices for the Towns public works offices. All proposals shall be responsive to all requirements and requested features.
Copies of this Request for Proposals may be obtained free of charge as a PDF document by visiting www.erving-ma.gov and registering for the procurement.
Contractors with a DCAMM certification of Modular Construction - Prefab are eligible to bid on this project.
The Town of Erving reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole. It also reserves the right to make an award in any manner consistent with Massachusetts General Law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
The contract for this service must be approved by the Erving Select Board and is subject to funding.
