The Town of Erving, acting through the Recreation Commission, will accept proposals for Design and Engineering Services for the renovation and expansion of Veterans Memorial Field Park, for phase 1. The Town will negotiate a fee of up to 40,000 for services in Phase 1 of this project.

Interested Designers may download the specifications and instructions for the project at www.erving-ma.gov on or after August 06, 2025. You must register at this site, at no additional cost, in order to receive Addenda or Meeting Notifications related to this RFQ.

Consultants must submit separate sealed price and non-price proposals plainly marked as such and labeled Veterans Memorial Field Design Services. Proposals that are incomplete, not properly endorsed or signed, or otherwise contrary to instructions will be rejected as non-responsive by the Procurement Officer. All proposals should be delivered or mailed to the Erving Town Hall, Bryan Smith, Chief Procurement Officer, 12 East Main Street, Erving, MA 01344.

The Town of Erving reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in total or in part, as they deem in the best interest of the public. Minority or Woman Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
