Sealed bid proposals must be received by the City of Hendersonville Finance Department, located at Hendersonville City Hall, 101 Maple North Drive, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075, no later than 2:00 P.M. on May 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened in Conference Room 1 at Hendersonville City Hall, 101 Maple North Drive, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075.

The City reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
