The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, on behalf of Joint Munitions Technology Command (JMTC), intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), W519TC-26-Q-A112, in March 2026 with an estimated closing date four weeks after issuance. The RFP is for an Ultrasonic Cleaning System. The RFP will be issued under a Total Small Business Set-A-Side Competition using a best value evaluation approach in accordance with Federal regulation (FAR) 15.101.
The RFP will be for a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Rock Island Purchase Description (RIPD) will be listed in the Solicitation.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database prior to the Award. During performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFP. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration by visiting: https://www.acquisition.gov.
CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereafter. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendment and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
