Project Goal: To construct a durable and functional 30'x40' storage shed. Location: On a preexisting level gravel pad, easily accessible from the driveway with a clear path for maneuvering vehicles.
Aesthetics: Shed design to comply with local regulations with the exterior color all white.
Framing: Roof pitch of 3:12 or greater, 4" on center spacing truss brace type 2, ground to sidewall height 10' and meet building code for zip 39423 with 120MPH wind load. All galvanized metal framing with side girts, and purlins for durability against moisture and insects. Needs to include 2 12'x8' garage door openings, and 2 3'x6'8" walk through door openings on the 40' sides. Must include the required ground anchors.
Siding: Durable and low-maintenance 29 gauge or thicker sheet metal siding including all trim, ridge caps, and closure strips, and mounting hardware white color to blend with existing structures and range regulations.
