Project Description: In mid-1991, the Davis County Justice Complex (“Justice Complex”) in Farmington, Utah, first opened its doors. In the thirty-four years that have followed, the Justice Complex has seen several updates including the addition of the Davis County Work Center in 1998, the Davis County Vehicle Annex, the Davis County Jail Expansion 2007, and the most recent, the Davis County Jail Medical Observation facility in 2022. Current plans to expand the state court building at the same site as the Justice Complex have prompted Davis County (the “County”) to begin this feasibility study.
Davis County buildings were assessed for a fifty-year build in about 2005. The County is seeking an architectural firm (“Vendor”) that can provide a feasibility study for renovations and construction at the Justice Complex as described in the scope of work of this RFP.
